What is an eSIM?
An eSIM is a SIM card built into your phone. No plastic card: the data plan is loaded with a QR code. Your Uzbek SIM stays in the phone too.
Does my phone support eSIM?
Dial *#06# — if an “EID” line appears, you have eSIM. If the phone is locked to a carrier or the iPhone was made for China, eSIM may not work.
Will my Uzbek number stop working?
No. Your Uzbek SIM keeps working — calls and SMS still come in. Prices abroad are set by your own carrier.
Does the plan include calls and SMS?
Most plans are data only. If a plan includes calls or SMS, it is shown on the plan page.
How do I buy?
Choose a country or region → a plan → “Order” → sign in with your email → pay by card.
When will I get the eSIM after paying?
Usually in 1–2 minutes. When it is ready, the order page shows the QR code, and it is also emailed to you.
What happens to an unpaid order?
An unpaid order is cancelled automatically after 24 hours. You can also cancel it yourself in “Orders”.
Can I get a refund?
If the eSIM could not be issued, you get a full refund. If you cancel after the eSIM is issued, the amount already paid to the provider is kept and the rest (if any) is refunded. If a correctly installed eSIM does not work through our or the carrier’s fault, write to us with your order number: we refund in full or replace the plan.
When should I install the eSIM?
Any time you have internet. Easiest at home before the trip, but it works during the trip too. For most plans validity starts at the first connection abroad.
How do I scan the QR code?
Open the order page on a computer or another phone and scan the QR code with the phone you are installing the eSIM on. It is also in your email. Or copy the codes with “Copy” and enter them manually.
What if I delete the eSIM from my phone?
A deleted eSIM cannot be installed again — you would need a new plan. So keep the eSIM until your trip is over.
Internet does not work abroad
Check in order: 1. Is this eSIM selected for mobile data? 2. Is “Data Roaming” on for it? 3. Turn Airplane mode on and off after 10 seconds, or restart the phone. 4. If the order page shows an APN, enter it in the eSIM settings. Still not working? Write to us with your order number.
My data or validity ran out
Buy a new plan on the site — it installs the same way.
How do I avoid extra charges?
Abroad, turn off mobile data and roaming on your Uzbek SIM. Let the internet run only through the eSIM.
